DESCRIPTION:All TH and non-TH youth aged 12 – 17 are invited to join us for Fall Harvest Camp at T’o shän ndëk (Cache Creek) Friday\, September 19 – Monday\, September 22. Younger youth are more than welcome to attend with their families. \nFall Harvest Camp is hosted by Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in for Elders\, Rangers\, Citizens\, youth\, and families. It is a way for people to learn about the heritage and traditions of the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in\, as well as the importance of the fish\, small game\, caribou\, sheep and moose as food and the environmental pressures on this important part of the culture. It is an opportunity for the citizens to work\, learn\, hunt\, hunt\, and practice safety and survival skills with each other respectfully. \nYou can stay overnight (limited cabins available) or just come for the day.
