SUMMARY:Land and Resources Act Citizen Engagement
DESCRIPTION:Implementation and Natural Resources are working on amendments to the TH Land and Resources Act\, as directed by the Spring 2025 General Assembly. Current efforts focus on improving the land allocation process on Settlement Land\, adding land protections\, and ensuring citizens have a voice in land use decisions.  \nThis engagement invites citizens to review key issues identified under the current Act and share feedback to guide development of a Consultation Draft later this year. At that stage\, we’ll seek more detailed input on the proposed amendments. Your participation is vital—please join us and share your vision for a renewed TH Land and Resources Act.
