DESCRIPTION:Come for a rose foot scrub and learn how to make your own self-care spa experience at our medicine workshop with Fran\, happening November 30 at the Tr’inke Zho Gym.\n\n\n\nThis free workshop session is designed to provide a hands-on\, immersive experience. Participants will indulge in rosehip syrup and rose petal tea\, enjoy a soothing foot soak\, and make their own sugar scrub while learning about the uses and benefits of\nrose. It’s a perfect blend of relaxation\, education\, and practical skills.\n\n\n\nThis workshop is limited to 15 participants\, with priority to AHS parents/guardians.
