Come heal with us! We welcome the community to join us for a Sweat Lodge Ceremony at Nӓnkӓk Ch’ёholay on October 21-22. Come sit with Randall Tetlichi to hear the story of how the Sweat Lodge came to be. Storytelling starts at 10am each morning at the CJJC before we go to Nӓnkӓk Ch’ёholay. Join us in this co-ed Traditional Sweat Lodge Ceremony for a time of reflection, connection, and renewal. Ceremony duration is approximately 3–4 hours.

What to Wear:
Light, breathable cotton clothing. Plain [no logo] T-shirt, shorts, light pants, nightgown, long skirts. Bring a towel and sandals.
Avoid synthetic fabrics, as they can trap heat and are less comfortable in the lodge.
