Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in (TH) invites qualified filmmakers, storytellers, and creative production teams to submit proposals for the development and production of a short promotional and educational film on Chu Kon’ Dëk (Yukon River) personhood.

New Request for Proposals Closing August 19, 2026

Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to provide proposals to inventory, review, and update early learning policies, staff and family handbooks, and best practices for Tr’inke Zho Daycare and the Aboriginal Head Start program. The project will require research and community engagement to produce an early learning toolkit that reflects legislation, regulations, and Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in ways and values.

Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in is advertising two new bidding opportunities for qualified contractors.

TH is inviting quotes from qualified contractors to assess and repair water damage in residential properties in Dawson City. Quotes must be received by 4:00pm on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 in order to be considered.

TH is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to operate the concession stand at Moosehide Village during Moosehide Gathering this summer. Proposals must be received by 4:00pm on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 in order to be considered.

New Request for Proposals for Yukon River Campground Maintenance closing May 6, 2026

The Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Community Development Corporation (THCDC) is looking for bids from qualified TH contractors and businesses to operate and maintain the Yukon River Campground for the 2026 season.

The contract runs from May 11 to October 2, 2026.

Key responsibilities include daily maintenance, cleaning of facilities and campsites, stocking firewood, communicating Parks Branch messaging, reporting incidents, and ensuring safety and compliance. Vendors must supply their own equipment, tools, and labour. A health and safety plan must be submitted prior to the contract start date.

Questions are due to gm@thcdc.ca by May 1, 2026, at 4:30 pm. Qualified bids must be submitted to the same address by May 6, 2026, at 4:30 pm.

New Request for Proposals for Standing Offers for Governance & CFS Consultation, Research, and Policy Projects

Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in (TH) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide a variety of consultation, research, and policy development services for projects in governance and child and family services

Proposals will be received on an ongoing basis until March 31, 2027. Proposals received by 4:00pm on Thursday, April 30, 2026 will be the first to be reviewed.
