The Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Community Development Corporation (THCDC) is seeking Board of Directors.
THCDC Vision:
Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in citizens are fully participating in and benefiting from the economic opportunities in the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in traditional territory. This participation includes training, employment, business opportunities, and wealth creation, resulting in an improved quality of life for all citizens. Projects that benefit the community are advanced, and the community is a vibrant and healthy place to live
Qualifications of Directors:
· be at least 19 years of age;
· have education or experience in business;
· have no record of bankruptcy within the past seven years;
· be willing to sign oaths or declarations related to confidentiality and conflicts of interest;
· be willing to sign and adhere to a code of conduct; and
· provide a security clearance and criminal records check.
Board Term- 3 years
