Appointments are available from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm.

The navigator provides eligible First Nations and Inuit people with coverage for medically necessary health services:
-Prescription and over-the-counter drugs
-Dental care
-Vision care
-Medical supplies/equipment
-Medical transportation
-Mental health counselling

The navigator can help you:
-Access and understand the NIHB program and delivery
-Advocate for your empowerment and voice in your health decisions
-With reimbursement requests and appeal for denied benefits
-Identify issues and barriers to improve program access, delivery and related health services
-Communicate with health care providers
-Navigate the healthcare system in a culturally sensitive way that aligns with your traditional healing practices
